Our free shipping policy is as follows. We will ship anywhere in the continental 48 states for free. Anything like faucets and accessories or any that is shipped
via UPS is free. However anything shipped via freightliner like tubs,
pedestal sinks, and vanities carry liftgate fees if
the service is needed. You can choose at checkout if you would like the Liftgate service
for $95.00. The liftgate is a machine on the back of a truck to help you unload the tub off the back of the truck and then they take it up to your house. All deliveries without the liftgate are curbside deliveries. You will have the chance to choose your shipping method on the payment screen as you are checking out. If you order a faucet or UPS item just click the ship to my business
option for the free shipping even if going to a residence. If you are ordering a tub or something going by truck you will need to choose
the shipping method that works for you ie residential delivery or Liftgate Services. Also if shipping is outside of our standard shipping costs we will contact you and let you know of the additional fees and you can cancel and get a full refund or pay the additional fees. This rarely happens generally if you live way far from any urban areas.
Shipping Policies
Our shipping policy is pretty easy and straight forward. We ship a tub out to our customers. We use one of the safest trucking companies on the market. However damages still happen. When you get your shipment it must be inspected upon arrival. If the shipment is damaged refuse the shipment and call us asap. If the tub has a small crack we will have the tub redelivered and repaired at the manufacturers expense. If it is something major then we will have to order you a new tub. Now all damages must be found upon inspection. Once you sign for it in good condition the trucking companies do not want to know anything after that and Bathing Barn Inc will not cover damages on a product that was signed for in good condition. If the trucking company does not let you inspect the goods then you refuse the shipment and call us asap so we can call the trucking company.
Placing an Order
For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Google Checkout & will take a personal check. If you choose the personal check you must mail it to and make it out to Bathing Barn Inc 4360 Se Commerce Ave Stuart, FL 34997. We will process the order once the check is received. Bathing Barn Inc will not pay for errors made by customers.
Low Price Guarantee
We at Bathing Barn Inc try to have all of our products at the lowest price or at least a comparable price. However we cannot match all prices on the web. We urge you to do your shopping before the order is placed. If an order is placed and you find a cheaper deal we will do the best we can to match the price. Some cases we might not be able to match. Any orders cancelled for this reason will be subject to a 15% administrative fee. This fee covers administrative costs to process the order that you placed. When your order is placed we go right to work for you to try and get you your product in the quickest possible timeframe.
Return & Cancellation Policies
All tubs that are ordered from Bathing Barn Inc are custom tubs. Once an order is placed you get 24-48 hours to cancel that order. After that the tub companies start manufacturing. Once that begins if you cancel there will be a 35% restocking fee so please do not order the tub until you are confident that is the tub that you want. After the tub has shipped there is no cancellation. There are also no returns on tubs.
